To attend the LV Jiménez Díaz Commemorative Lesson registration is needed. Registration is FREE.

 

Chose the type of registration, Onsite (Conference Hall) or Online. The capacity of the Conference Hall is limited. Seats are assigned in strict order of arrival of the registrations. The registration period ends on May 18, 2024. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive such confirmation, please check your SPAM folder. It is also possible that your registration request has not been received correctly. In this case, please send an email to the Technical Secretariat at info@fundacionconchitarabago.net.

 

Note: The certification of this activity has been requested to the Commission for Continuing Education of the Health Professions of the Community of Madrid. To obtain the credits, the participants must attend this activity from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, after signing in at the attendance control enabled at the Secretariat next to Conference Hall (onsite attendance) or when accessing to the streaming (online attendance). Health professionals in specialty training, resident interns, and non-health professionals will only receive attendance certificates.
